24hr Unpaid Hold Policy

Customers may place an order of unpaid plants on a 24hr hold. This must be completed as follows:

• All plants must be tagged with ORANGE tape marked with the customer’s name and the date.
• ORANGE MARKED PLANTS ARE TO REMAIN ON THE SALES FLOOR. THERE SHOULD BE NO UNPAID PLANTS IN HOLDING.
• An Order Form must be completed and given to Verde.
• If the plants have not been picked up within the 24hr window, they should be untagged.
