Native to Argentina, this shrub has an upright habit with slightly weeping branch tips. Fragrant, delicate white flower spikes are produced on branch tips from early spring through summer. The flowers attract butterflies and bees. This shrub is mostly evergreen, with fine-textured gray-green foliage. It responds well to light shearing, especially after flowering. Aloysia performs well in full sun to partial shade, and is adaptable to many different soil types.
