Ceratostigma is a low growing perennial that grows as a thick mat, the stems are wiry and topped with shiny, oval shaped leaves. This plant begins blooming in Summer and continues through the Fall, with beautiful blue flowers. Ceratosigma is the recipient of the Award of Garden Merit by the Royal Horticulture Society, for its wonderful growing pattern and erosion control properties.
