Euphorbia tirucalli
Fire Stick

Euphorbia tirucalli (Fire Stick) is a tropical shrub with succulent foliage. It's moderate/fast growth rate makes it an excellent houseplant, although they are toxic to both humans and animals. This plant is best planted in early spring, as it produces beautiful small flowers in the late spring/early summer. Fire sticks get their name because in the colder months they turn a dark orange color- resembling a stick on fire.
