Leucophyllum laevigatum Summer Snow

Leucophyllum laevigatum Summer Snow
Summer Snow, White Chihuahuan Sage

Originating in Durango, Mexico, this evergreen shrub was selected by Greg Starr and is similar in look to the Chihuahuan sage (L. laevigatum) with the exception of the lovely white flowers. Summer Snow delightfully bursts into bloom triggered by monsoon weather. Plant in full sun and well-drained soils. Be sure to plant in an open area where its natural, casual form can grow without unnecessary pruning.
